Biography
I have been a practicing attorney working in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since graduating law school in 1994. I have practiced in many areas which has given me invaluable, practical insight and common sense when dealing with civil and criminal litigation and matters of state and local public interest in government.
The majority of my practice has been as a trial attorney. I have successfully tried or satisfactorily settled multiple civil and criminal cases throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. I have extensive knowledge and litigation experience in cases ranging from personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, large truck accidents, wrongful death, workers compensation, Social Security Disability and SSI claims, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical neglect and malpractice, criminal law and family law.
